The North Central Washington Resource Conservation & Development Council (NCW RC&D) is a 501-c-3 non-profit designed to assist Douglas, Chelan, and Okanogan Counties in the proper use of their resources to develop a strong area economy that can support conservation efforts.

The Council is composed of Commissioners, Mayors, Tribal Leaders, PUDs, Port Districts, Environmental Groups, Business Leaders and representatives from four Conservation Districts.

It has been in existence since 1992.
